OK, I've just been goofing around on the Darwen Reporter site and managed to put some info on there, so you lot are getting it too.
Darwen Band India Mill. If you get a chance to catch them live, have a gander; they're really good. They're a quirky, wonky rock band, difficult to pigeonhole. I discovered that one of their songs, 'Caribesque' was a Lancashire Telegraph 'Track of the Week' in December 2008, and that it had been used by the national charity CALM (Campaign Against Miserable Living) to highlight suicide and depression amongst young males.
